We require at least 48 hours notice in advance for a full refund. Between 48 hours and 24 hours in advance notice, it will be 50% refund. We understand that things happen and come up... if you for any reason, cannot make it to the event you reserved and paid for, it will always be a credit to future events as a courtesy. We no not offer refunds for any notice less than 24 hours or for no show. This is because your seats are reserved and we have limited space - we cannot fill them if we are not given enough notice. Our owner, artist, and assistant have to get to paid. We appreciate your business and understanding.
